both good and bad news, I suppose: I can go to Burning Man this year!

I take it this post is for 2006? Are y'all thinking about playing there for '07?
I don't know if you all remember me, I tried playing with you in the center camp lounge area a few years back.
I had a big Djun Djun/Sangba drum, and tried to pick up a rhythem, regretfully I was so high on mushroom tea I couldn't
feel my hands and was not grounded enough to keep it together.
I recently found a cd at a store, the gathering one.
playing it has brought back many good memories of seeing y'all in Hawaii.
Maulkawow(sp?) on the big island, little church, real rootsy, and then in Maui with keller williams.
MJ, i met you years ago at a gathering or two, we met through Raphael.
anyhow, my dream is to one day play with you all. Your music resonates deep inside me, and I would love to be a part of it.
Have y'all thought about putting on a benefit concert to raise money for burning man?
Maybe charge a little more than usual, and let folks know the proceeds will go to get yur booties out to the playa,
I'm sure in SF there are many who would contribute to the fund, especially since the performance at the man would be free.
So they'd really be getting two shows for one?
